DragonFly is developing a national wide network of retailers and technicians that can provide a consistently high quality repair service that is easily accessible to consumers.
What is DragonFly?
Think RedBox, then think Phone Repair.
We have developed a small, easy to use kiosk that will be placed in easily accessible locations (Cell Phone Stores, Grocery Stores, etc). Consumers will be able to visit a kiosk, tap through a simple series of questions, and then the phone, tablet, or watch is locked securely inside the box.
Immediately after the device is checked in, we will dispatch a technician to repair the device. After the repair is complete, the consumer can return to the kiosk and pick up their device.
